Meet Brittany: Brittany is one of the owners of Your Local Homebuyers. She has been in the real estate industry since 2014. Through the years she’s found her passion in helping people through their problems with some sort of real estate solution. Real Estate is much more than a transaction here at Your Local Homebuyers, everyone has their own needs and different solutions which is where Brittany excels in solving. With the relationship building between clients, Brittany’s goal is to always give the best customer service and provide the best option for her client. In her down time, she enjoys spending time with her family, hunting, fishing, adventuring, vacationing and trying new restaurants.
Meet Orion: After managing investments till he was 30 and spending time through various charitable organizations, he realized a deep love for helping the community and education. As a result, he gave up his formal investment career and began teaching math, business/finance & science. During this time, he realized a deep passion for real estate, construction and the financing that goes into real estate deals. Currently, he helps run his family’s real estate businesses with his fiancé and business partner Brittany Weimer. He loves helping the community and still teaches finance and business classes.
Mr. Vogeler is driven to provide value to others by listening and understanding people’s needs, concerns and dreams with an emphasis on providing solutions to these with various real estate strategies.
His family and their dog Rio are very important to him. Orion loves nature, BBQ, hunting, fishing, scuba diving, traveling and giving back to the community
Meet Rio: Rio is a 2year old Red Golden Retriever who is the goodest boy. Rio enjoys every tennis ball ever made, all the toys that carries snacks and patiently waiting in the kitchen to make sure you’re not going to drop any food. He’s also an avid bird and duck hunter.
